PRRT treatment

Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy

Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT) is a treatment that delivers a targeted radiation to tumors in the body. PRRT can be used to treat patients who are diagnosed with NETs.

PET/CT scan

A Gallium-68 PET/CT scan works by using a drug that binds to a certain type of somatostatin receptor on your tumor(s). The scan reveals where this drug collects in the specific areas of the body, highlighting areas of possibly unhealthy tissue.
